| Nested buttons in scroll pane movie |

I made a scroll pane button menu with a movie clip the other day, it works great but the problem is there is no organization so I wanted to add tabs by adding frames into the movie clip and then navigating them from outside of the scrollpane. Upon adding the tabs I noticed an odd behavior on inital startup everything works great but as soon as I navigate between tabs the buttons no longer work. I was wondering if someone could explain to me what is happening here? Thank you.
